Created with the support of the Mairie de Paris, the Mairie du 4e arrondissement de Paris and the Maison Européenne de la Photographie, LA QUATRIEME IMAGE is a free international photographic event open to the public whose purpose is to widen access to this cultural platform and open the door to new visuals landscapes.
